With over eight years leading recruiting at Tesla, Alexis built and scaled their Collision Recruiting Division, specializing in hiring strategies that filled critical skilled trade and technical roles nationwide under fast-paced, high-growth conditions.
Her expertise in event-based talent acquisition models, recruiting strategy, and employer branding directly informs Connect&’s innovative approach to recruitment. Alexis is passionate about transforming hiring events from cold, transactional encounters into authentic, human-centered experiences that prioritize cultural fit and real connections.
At Connect&, Alexis drives the company vision and product design, leads employer partnerships, and sets candidate vetting standards to ensure each hiring event delivers quality talent and meaningful matches. Lauren Clausen — Co-Founder & CCO
Lauren Clausen drives Connect&’s commercial strategy, leading sales, business development, and event execution. She forges partnerships, secures sponsorships, and ensures every Connect& Experience delivers value for both employers and candidates.
With a background producing large-scale cultural and recruiting events—including strategic activations at Tesla and major productions for Art Miami during Art Basel—Lauren ensures every Connect& event is flawlessly executed.
Her work blends creative vision with operational precision, delivering measurable outcomes and unforgettable connections for brands and communities alike.

Christina Parsons — Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Christina Parsons brings her deep expertise in brand positioning and digital strategy to Connect&, where she leads all marketing and growth initiatives. Formerly the CMO at Marketing.com and founder of a digital agency specializing in hyperlocal marketing, Christina knows how to scale complex brands and drive measurable ROI.
Her work focuses on building demand generation and content strategies that attract both employers and candidates to Connect&’s unique in-person hiring events. Christina’s leadership ensures that every campaign highlights the authentic, engaging atmosphere that sets Connect& apart from traditional career fairs.

Vy Nguyen — Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

As former CFO and co-founder of a global risk services firm, Vy is adept at managing cash flow, securing funding, and driving profitability in fast-growth companies.
