Lauren Clausen — Co-Founder & CCO
Lauren Clausen drives Connect&’s commercial strategy, leading sales, business development, and event execution. She forges partnerships, secures sponsorships, and ensures every Connect& Experience delivers value for employers, candidates, and professionals who want to grow their network.
With a background producing large-scale cultural and recruiting events—including strategic activations at a leading tech enterprise and major productions for Art Miami during Art Basel—Lauren ensures every Connect& event is flawlessly executed.

Christina Parsons — Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Christina Parsons brings her deep expertise in brand positioning and digital strategy to Connect&, where she leads all marketing and growth initiatives. Formerly the CMO at Marketing.com and founder of a digital agency specializing in hyperlocal marketing, Christina knows how to scale complex brands and drive measurable ROI.

Vy Nguyen — Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
